FAQs
2. Will my auto-investments keep working?
Yes, exactly as before. If you had Flywheel Portfolio set up for automatic investing, it will still be running. Instead, you'll now find the settings in a more obvious location.
3. Where will I be able to see my investment history?
You'll be able to click the "Reporting" icon in the left, main navigation. You'll see a timeline of every investment, payout, and transaction, like a feed of your money's activity.
4. Will my returns change after this Groundfloor redesign?
Not at all. You're still earning the same returns on the same real estate loans. The only thing that changed is how we display your information.
5. What if I can't find something?
Everything is still there, just in more logical places. If you're stuck or need to learn more on how Groundfloor works, our support team knows exactly where everything moved. Email support @groundfloor.us or schedule time here.
1. Will my money be safe during this Groundfloor app update?
Absolutely. We won't touch your investments, balances, or security measures. We will have only updated the appearance and the location of buttons. Your money will never leave its secure account.
Everything you learned here is waiting for you —
same investments, just easier to find and use.

*The 9% target return is within the historical return range for Flywheel. The historical return on Flywheel is calculated by weighting the loans in the portfolio by total dollar amount the REIT has invested in each loan, and taking the weighted average interest rate of all loans within the REIT portfolio.
